Vision
A work of art passes through many hands: the artist who makes it, the gallery that shows it, the auction house that sells it, the collector who keeps it. Today each keeps their own piece of its story, in studio notes, spreadsheets, catalogues and drawers of invoices, and most of it is lost on the way.
Vinci Galleries is where art is shown, sold and kept. Each of those hands gets the tools made for its own work, and the work keeps one trusted record as it moves between them, shared only with the people allowed to see it.
One record, four worlds
ArtStudio
Catalogue the work as it is made, issue its certificate and build a professional identity, the ArtID, that follows the artist from first portfolio to representation.
ArtOS
Run the gallery on one record: the website, stock, clients, consignments, exhibitions, fairs and sales. Every work knows its owner, its custodian, its rights and its paperwork.
ArtOS
Catalogue lots, publish the sale under the house's own name and take bids online, with consignors, buyers and settlement in the same back office.
ArtVault
Keep the collection privately: invoices, certificates, provenance, insurance and valuations with each work, portable wherever the collector goes.
Why one record matters
A gallery that catalogues well gives collectors a better record. A collector who keeps that record makes the next sale easier. Each sale made with permission adds to a shared knowledge of artists and their market, and in time an honest index of it. That knowledge comes back to the galleries and artists who built it.
An exhibition, a fair, a sale or an acquisition, laid out with its works, budget, people, deadlines and risks.
Everything one transaction needs in a single private space: provenance, condition, contract, compliance, payments, shipping and messages.
Every participant is who they say they are: private by default for collectors, public and professional for artists, galleries and institutions.
What we promise
Your private client data belongs to your organisation. Your clients, the network's identities and market intelligence are kept structurally apart.
No artist can pay to improve an index. Related-party sales are excluded, sparse data is labelled sparse and corrections are auditable.
You keep your artwork and copyright unless you contract otherwise. Rankings cannot be bought. Your data goes with you.
Observation is not a claim. A claim is not verification. Verification is not a valuation. A valuation is not a transaction. Vinci Galleries keeps those apart, on purpose.
