How Vinci Galleries works, what it does today, what it costs and how we treat your data.
Vinci Galleries is where art is shown, sold and kept. Galleries, dealers and auction houses get a website and the back office behind it, artists get a studio and a professional identity, and collectors get a private vault for what they own.
Galleries, dealers, auction houses, artists and collectors. Each has its own tools, and a plan or a free account that fits them.
Create an account and an organisation, or write to us first. We can bring your existing records over: the Migration Studio reads CSV and Excel files, shows you how the columns map, and reports problems before anything is imported.
Yes. Your site runs on your own domain once you have verified that you control it. Until then it has an address on vincigalleries.com.
What the platform does today. Plans decide how much of it you get.
One record for every work: images, artist, dimensions, status and price, with what you show the public kept apart from what stays private, such as cost and reserve.
Your catalogue, exhibitions and sales on a site with your name and look. Visitors can enquire about a work, and buy it where you sell online. Enquiries come straight to you.
Timed sales with live bidding on your own site. A bid in the final minutes extends the sale by two minutes, so a lot cannot be sniped.
Your clients and what they collect, in your organisation's private record. Other organisations cannot see them.
One workspace for one sale: parties, amounts, documents, messages and the next step, with a private link for the buyer that never shows your cost or reserve.
Works consigned to you, what you owe the consignor, and your invoices, in the same back office.
A private page of chosen works for one client, by personal link, which you can revoke.
Plan exhibitions and fairs with their works, budgets and follow-ups. Fairs are on the Professional plan and above.
A studio record of your work, certificates, a portfolio page and an ArtID: one professional identity across the network. The Artist plan is free.
A private record of every work you own, with its invoices, certificates and documents. It is free and private to you. A gallery can send updates to a work you hold, and you decide what to keep.
Prices are in euros. They come straight from the plans in the product, so this table cannot fall out of date.
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial.

Three assistants, for three different people. None of them can see what the person using it may not.
Leo is the AI assistant in the chat bubble on vincigalleries.com. It answers questions about Vinci Galleries and can hand you to a person at any time. It says that it is an AI, and it reads nothing private: it knows only public facts about us.
The copilot works inside your dashboard, on every paid plan and during a trial of one. It can search your catalogue, read your plans and contacts, and propose changes. It acts with your own permissions in your own organisation, so each person on your team sees only what that person may see, and any change it wants to make waits for approval. You can give it your own name for it.
Yes, on a paid plan; it starts once a trial becomes a paid plan. It answers your visitors about your works and sales, takes their details and hands over to your team whenever they ask. You choose its name, greeting and tone, and what it should know, such as your opening hours. It always says that it is an AI.
Only your public catalogue, your public sales and the notes you give it. It cannot see your costs, your reserves, your clients or anything from another gallery. Those limits are in the queries it runs, not only in what it is told, so a visitor cannot talk it out of them. Conversations belong to you and are deleted twelve months after the last message.
Treat it as help, not as a source of truth. The AI gives no valuations, authenticity opinions, or legal or tax advice. Your records stay the record: a conversation changes nothing unless you approve the change.
You do. Your clients and records belong to your organisation, and no other organisation can see them. You can download your personal data as a file from your account at any time.
The separation is enforced beneath the screens: every read and write for your organisation goes through a client scoped to it, and each action checks your permissions again.
We sometimes write to art and antiques businesses we think would find us useful, using the address they publish. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe, and a no is permanent. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
We show recent posts from the public feed on your gallery's own website, each linking back to you. The page says you are not a client, and nothing is sold there. To remove it or claim it, use the link at the bottom of the page. Once removed it stays removed, and a business that has asked us not to contact it is not listed.
A gallery lists you on the artists page of its own website, and a person here checked the name before it appeared. We show your name and a link to that gallery, nothing else. To correct or remove it, use the link at the bottom of your page.
We send a link to confirm your address, one message when it opens, and then delete your address. If you don't confirm, we delete it within two weeks.
